I’ve been seeing Dr. Farquhar for my eye care for about 15-20 years starting with his location beside the Sears store at Chandler Mall. Always friendly great care. Trusted. I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Farr for over 15 years. He is an incredible doctor that really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure quality of care. He also remembers everything about you and makes you feel valued and cared for. What is typically known as a “just a doctors appointment” turns into a genuinely positive experience every time.

I've been going to Dr Farr for a number of years. The reason I keep going back is for the thorough exam I get everytime without fail. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in real people terms not the Doctor talk. I am totally comfortable with what he says as I know he cares about his clients. Just one visit will back this up.

I've been coming here for over 15 years it's so nice to see the friendly employees that are still there. Craig is always so helpful in spending so much time to help me pick out the perfect frames; it is much appreciated. The lady at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming. Doctors are awesome!

I began going to this eye clinic when it was Dr. Stacy. Soon after, Dr. Farr took over and I was nervous to see a new doctor that I hadn't researched. But both Drs. Farr and Farquar (sp) are amazing! They truly care about the patient and not just earning a buck. I recommend these doctors to everyone who asks. And the front staff is awesome too. Their knowledge and customer service is straight A+! I went for a yearly checkup with Dr. Farr. As usual he was very thorough and generous with his time. He noticed a problem with my eye and went above and beyond to help me with the necessary next steps.

The doctors are great here. They are very thorough and answered all my questions They also won’t upsell you anything that they don’t feel is needed unlike the large chain stores.

Absolute top-notch customer service and medical care from start to finish! Quick and easy scheduling as a new patient, upon arrival I was seen right at my scheduled time without any waiting (so rare these days). The office has the latest technology, so no need for uncomfortable pupil dilations! Dr. Farquhar was fantastic! He has excellent bedside manner, was patient in the testing process, and transparent/authentic, informative and thoughtful which is greatly appreciated as I required a bit of an elevated level of care and testing due to connective tissue disease prescription. This was my first time trying contacts, and another staff member spent significant time with me following my appointment with DR to ensure I was comfortable with the contact application, removal and care process. The frame and fitting staff was also fantastic and very patient as I browsed the glasses and even helped me make a final decision! They tightened/straightened and cleaned my old frames for me before I left. New contacts and glasses arrived quickly and are great quality.

By far, the best and very commendable team I`ve been getting an eye exam treatment and care services from for over a decade now. I had been in couple of other Eye doctor offices couple of times over the course of a decade only because Dr. Farr`s office was closed and based on my experience, I would never trade Farr Eye Group service for any other businesses. Highly recommended.
