I went for a yearly checkup with Dr. Farr. As usual he was very thorough and generous with his time. He noticed a problem with my eye and went above and beyond to help me with the necessary next steps.

The doctors are great here. They are very thorough and answered all my questions They also won’t upsell you anything that they don’t feel is needed unlike the large chain stores.

Absolute top-notch customer service and medical care from start to finish! Quick and easy scheduling as a new patient, upon arrival I was seen right at my scheduled time without any waiting (so rare these days). The office has the latest technology, so no need for uncomfortable pupil dilations! Dr. Farquhar was fantastic! He has excellent bedside manner, was patient in the testing process, and transparent/authentic, informative and thoughtful which is greatly appreciated as I required a bit of an elevated level of care and testing due to connective tissue disease prescription. This was my first time trying contacts, and another staff member spent significant time with me following my appointment with DR to ensure I was comfortable with the contact application, removal and care process. The frame and fitting staff was also fantastic and very patient as I browsed the glasses and even helped me make a final decision! They tightened/straightened and cleaned my old frames for me before I left. New contacts and glasses arrived quickly and are great quality.

By far, the best and very commendable team I`ve been getting an eye exam treatment and care services from for over a decade now. I had been in couple of other Eye doctor offices couple of times over the course of a decade only because Dr. Farr`s office was closed and based on my experience, I would never trade Farr Eye Group service for any other businesses. The place is comfortable to walk into and the staff is friendly. The doctors make you feel relaxed. They are thorough in your eye exam and will tell you if there are any issues. They will let you know what they offer but, never push you to choose if you are not ready or interested.
