Their customer service was exceptional, and they showed a level of care and genuine concern that’s hard to find. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

It was great to have an email reminder along with open appointment times. It was super easy to schedule from that email. The staff has always been very pleasant. Dr. Farr is extremely nice and they are pretty much on time with their appointments. I highly recommend Farr Eyecare!

I can’t recommend them enough! I have been twice now and have had great experiences both times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They provide guidance on add on options to chose when placing an order for glasses and will try to get you the best price possible. Dr. Farquhar is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and is able to get my prescription completely correct whereas when I’ve gone to other places and walked out with a new pair of glasses, I’ve always felt like the prescription was OK but not perfect. I highly recommend Farr Eye Care to everyone!

Dr Brian Farquhar genuinely cares for his patients, and it's always a pleasure to see him for my annual check up. He takes his time to explain things thoroughly in a way that's easy to understand, which makes the experience feel personal and reassuring. My son also sees Dr Farquhar for his yearly visits, and he always feels comfortable and at ease. I've been coming here for several years now and never had to wait. I'm usually in and out within 30 mins, which is incredibly convenient without feeling rushed!

Dr Farr is very thorough during the exam. I never feel rushed, and he takes the time to explain and answer my questions. I've been going to Dr Farr since he was at lenscrafter at the mall.
